US Representative Swalwell to Quit Congress Amid Sexual Misconduct Allegations

WASHINGTON, ⁠April ⁠13 (Reuters) – ⁠Democratic U.S. ​Representative ‌Eric ‌Swalwell ⁠of California said ⁠on Monday ​will ​resign from ⁠his ⁠seat ⁠in Congress amid ​sexual misconduct ​allegations ⁠that ⁠also upended his campaign ⁠for governor.
