Hungary’s Election Winner Magyar to Meet President, Calls on Him to Resign

BUDAPEST, April ⁠15 (Reuters) – ⁠Hungary’s ⁠election winner ​Peter Magyar, ‌leader of the ‌TISZA ⁠party ⁠which won a landslide ​victory in Sunday’s ​election, arrived for ⁠a ⁠meeting with ⁠President Tamas ​Sulyok on Wednesday.

As ​Magyar ⁠was going ⁠into the meeting, speaking to reporters ⁠he reiterated that Sulyok must leave his role after a ⁠TISZA government takes office.
