People Rescued After Bus Falls Into River Seine Near Paris

PARIS, April ⁠30 (Reuters) – ⁠A bus ⁠fell into the ​river Seine near Paris ‌on Thursday, officials ‌said, ⁠adding ⁠that the four people on board – ​the driver, her tutor and two ​passengers – had been rescued ⁠and were ⁠now safe ⁠and ​sound.

The bus fell into the ​Seine ⁠in Juvisy-sur-Orge, south of Paris, the transport ⁠authority for the Ile-de-France region said. Later ⁠in the morning, the bus could still be seen floating in the Seine, close to the riverbank.
