At least three people were killed in a shooting outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul, the Reuters news agency reported Tuesday, citing media reports.
Two police officers were injured, Reuters reported.
Video shared by Reuters showed an armed police officer taking cover amid the sound of gunshots.

Armed police are always stationed near the Israeli consulate, Reuters pointed out.
CBS News called the Israeli consulate in Istanbul and the district and city police for comment but had not heard back at the time of publication.
