April 17 (Reuters) – Haiti and the Dominican Republic agreed to open the airspace between the two countries starting in May, according to a statement on Friday, after flights had been suspended more than two years earlier.
“This measure aims to facilitate mobility, boost economic ties and strengthen relations between the two countries,” the countries said in a joint statement.
