BEIJING, June 1 (Reuters) – China will send a team of medical specialists to the Democratic Republic of Congo to assist with the region’s Ebola outbreak, foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday.
The Chinese government has decided to provide humanitarian assistance to Congo and will continue to do so “to the best of its ability”, Lin added.
