Justice Department Says Paramount’s Warner Deal Wouldn’t Harm Competition

June 12 (Reuters) – ⁠The ⁠United ⁠States Justice ​Department said ‌on ‌Friday ⁠its antitrust ⁠division had completed a ​review of ​Paramount’s proposed ⁠acquisition of ⁠Warner ⁠Bros and ​determined it was ​not ⁠likely ⁠to result in harm to competition ⁠or American consumers.
