South Korea to Host French President Macron for April 2-3 State Visit, Blue House Says

SEOUL, March ⁠13 (Reuters) – ⁠South Korean ⁠President Lee Jae Myung ​will host French ‌President Emmanuel Macron ‌for a ⁠state ⁠visit to South Korea between April ​2 to 3, Lee’s office said.

The ​two leaders will meet ⁠on April ⁠3 for ⁠an official ​welcome ceremony, summit talks, agreement ​signings ⁠and a state luncheon, the presidential Blue ⁠House said in a statement.

Lee and Macron ⁠are expected to discuss trade, investment and cooperation in areas such as AI, quantum technology, space and nuclear ⁠energy, as well as regional and global issues, it said.
