Dan Caine about legal justification of U.S. strikes on alleged drug boats in the Caribbean Sea, and then asked Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth about the Iran war reaching the 60-day deadline set by the War Powers Resolution of 1973. Hegseth claimed the ceasefire paused the clock for the deadline.
